Returns Policy

All of our computer systems come with a one-year onsite warranty at no additional cost.

Your computer is covered by a one year parts and labour warranty, with the option to upgrade to three years parts & labour warranty. Some items (such as printers and monitors) may be dealt with directly by the manufacturer, or offer a free on-site warranty.

You should not return any items to us without contacting us first and obtaining a RMA (‘returns mandate authority’) number which must be clearly written on the outside of any package sent to us. This number enables us to quickly identify your computer and return it to you quicker. Any package returned to us without a RMA number clearly visible will be refused.

Returns of non-faulty goods are not normally entitled to a postage refund, so of course if you have any doubts over suitability of a product - please check with us before ordering ! It can save everybody some time and money .

Please note that our guarantee covers only the hardware we supply, not the software you choose to install on it. If the item is not found to be faulty, or the fault is not due to a hardware failure, we reserve the right to charge for return postage to you and not refund your postage.
